(1) In accordance with section 44 of the Act, if the victim and the offender agree to receive compensation, a joint application should be made to the court at the same time.
(2) If the application submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) is found to be unreasonable, the court shall order the payment of compensation according to the application and attach the document of the party who will receive the compensation.
