(1) In a manner which causes injury to life or property of any person on water, land or airspace or in a manner which may interfere with or cause injury to any other aircraft whether in flight or not. If someone flies an aircraft in a dangerous manner, he will be imprisoned for six months and fined from fifty thousand to one lakh rupees.
(2) According to sub-section (1) due to flying the aircraft in a dangerous manner, Section 9A. According to clause (e) of sub-section (3) of the , if someone dies or if the aircraft is destroyed, the punishment will be as written in the same section.
