(1) The Government of Nepal may impose necessary restrictions by issuing an order to prevent the export of any mineral to foreign countries for national security or to supply internal demand.
(2) Except in cases where necessary restrictions are imposed according to sub-section (1), in other cases, the person who has obtained the permission shall be allowed to export the minerals he has mined to foreign countries as prescribed.
