Rule 4
The level of mineral activity related to mineral substances is
(1) For the purposes of this regulation, on the basis of daily production, the mineral operations related to metal and non-metallic minerals are divided into the following levels:-
(a) Very small scale,
(b) Small scale,
(c) Intermediate level,
(d) Large scale.
(2) The level of mineral work related to mineral substances mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be as per schedule-2.
(a) Very small scale,

(d) Large scale.
