According to section 99, if the wife who does not have any property and does not receive a share from her husband wants to pay the expenses of getting food from her husband and if the husband has income, the court can pay the expenses of providing food to such a wife based on the income of the divorced husband. However,
(1) Such expenses shall not be paid if such wife remarries.
(2) If the income of the wife is more than that of the husband, such expenses shall not be paid.
