28.1 Urban Development Committee Act, 2019 and Urban Development Plan Implementation Act, 2029 are repealed. 28.2 Urban Development Committee Act, 2019 and The work done by the committees formed under the Urban Development Plan Implementation Act, 2029 and the rights and obligations will be transferred to the respective Urban Development Committee established under this Act. 28.3 Until the Urban Development Committee is established in accordance with this Act, the Urban Development Committee Act, 2019 and the Urban Development Plan Implementation Act, 2029 The committees constituted under this Act shall remain in force as if they had been constituted under this Act.
