Section 37
Repeal and Save
: (1) The Urban Development Fund Committee (Constitution) Order, 2045 is hereby repealed.
(2) All movable, immovable assets and rights and liabilities of the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the fund established in accordance with this Act.
(3) All the work done by the committee formed under the formation order of BMOJI under subsection (1) shall be considered as done by the fund established in accordance with this Act.
(4) The executive director and employees working in the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall remain in the fund as if they were appointed in accordance with this Act.
(2) All movable, immovable assets and rights and liabilities of the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the fund established in accordance with this Act.
(3) All the work done by the committee formed under the formation order of BMOJI under subsection (1) shall be considered as done by the fund established in accordance with this Act.
(4) The executive director and employees working in the committee formed under the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall remain in the fund as if they were appointed in accordance with this Act.
