(1) The Legal Practitioners Act, 2025 is repealed.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to hinder the practice of law by a person registered as an agent in accordance with the Law Practitioners Act, 2025. Note: The words substituted by the Certain Nepal Laws Amendment Act, 2063: "Government of Nepal" for "Government of Shri 5"
