Section 43
Repeal and Protection
(1) The Copyright Act, 2022 is repealed.
(2) The period of protection of the remaining copyright of works published publicly before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be protected in accordance with this Act.
(3) Actions performed in accordance with the Copyright Act, 2022 shall be deemed to be performed in accordance with this Act.
