(1) The following laws are repealed:-

Amended by the First Amendment.
(a) Lalmohar Act, 2015,
(b) Lalmohar (Punishment of Punishment) Procedure Rules, 2018, c) Certifying Orders of His Majesty's Government Rules, 2023,
(d) Confirmation of His Majesty's Orders Rules, 2048,
(e) Lalmohar (Procedure) Rules, 2054.
(2) This act shall not be deemed to have adversely affected the actions taken in accordance with the laws repealed under sub-section (1).
(3) Bills that have been authenticated by the Speaker of the House of Representatives in accordance with the Rules of the House of Representatives, 2063 at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been authenticated in accordance with this Act.
