(1) Shaheed Gangalal National Heart Disease Center Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2055 is revoked.
(2) The rights, liabilities, movable and immovable property in the name of the committee formed under the order of sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the center established in accordance with this Act and the work done by the said committee shall be deemed to have been done by this center.
