(1) Nepal Forest Service (Formation) Rules, 2016, Nepal Forest Service (Group and Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2033 and Hattisar Group (Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2040 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the rules and regulations mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to be done in accordance with these rules.
