Rule 24

Repeal and Rescue

(1) The Health Tax (Tobacco and Liquor Levy) Fund Rules, 2051 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Health Tax (Smoking and Alcohol Levy) Fund Regulations, 2051 shall be deemed to be carried out in accordance with these Regulations.
