Section 58
Repeal and Rescue

(1) The Sports Development Act, 2046 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Sports Development Act, 2048 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
(3) The movable and immovable assets and liabilities of the National Sports Council established in accordance with the Sports Development Act, 2048 shall be transferred to the Council and the employees working in that Council shall remain as employees of the Council in accordance with this Act.
