Rule 12
Repeal
: (1) The Higher Secondary Education Rules, 2052 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Higher Secondary Education Regulations, 2052 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these Regulations. (3) The actions taken by the Board under the Act before the commencement of this Regulation shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Regulation.
