If any Nepal Act repeals any Act made so far and any Act to be made later, unless otherwise intended, the repealed Act shall:-
(a) does not refer to anything that was not in force or subsisting at the time of the repeal.
(b) It shall not affect any act or punishment done before the repeal of the Act or any act done before the Act was repealed.
(c) Any rights, benefits, duties or obligations acquired, acquired or enjoyed under any Act so repealed shall not be affected.
(d) shall not affect any penalty or forfeiture imposed for any offense against any Act so repealed.
(e) It shall not affect any investigation, legal action or remedy in relation to any such right, facility, duty, liability, penalty, punishment or confiscation as stated above. Any such investigation, legal action or measure may be instituted, continued or enforced and such penalty or forfeiture shall be imposed as if no repealing law had been passed.
