Section 50
Sportsmen's Welfare Fund

(1) Sportsmen's welfare fund will be arranged in the council for emergency rescue, treatment and re-establishment of social security insurance of players and coaches.
(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall be a renewable fund.
(3) Arrangements related to the operation of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
