Section 33
Who can request vaccination card
: (1) The school may request the vaccination card given to the child from their guardian or guardian while enrolling the child.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), no child shall be denied admission to school merely because of failure to produce a vaccination card.
(3) The school shall keep a record of children included in the vaccination program who have not been vaccinated and send the report to the local government health institution.
