(1) The founder or the committee shall not do the following:-
(a) To construct a joint housing building contrary to the standards and standards approved by the authorized authority.
(b) To construct such a building contrary to the approved map, structural design and plan for constructing a joint housing building.
(c) To act against the interests of housing unit owners.
(2) Housing unit owners should not do the following.
(a) To adversely affect the security of the joint housing building area and the safety and health of other housing unit owners.
(b) to do any act which may reduce the value of the joint housing building.
(c) to construct, demolish or excavate additions to his dwelling unit.
(d) to subdivide or sell off the dwelling unit.
(e) To deprive other housing unit owners from using collective areas and facilities and limited collective areas and facilities.
