A national servant or any other person who is authorized to translate or has been assigned to do such work, mistranslates a document with the intention of harming the Nepal government, government agency or public organization or benefiting himself or someone else, If he makes a translation with false details or changes the name, surname, date, facts or other similar things, he will be imprisoned for three months to one year and fined from ten thousand to fifty thousand rupees depending on the amount of the offense.
