(1) After receiving a warrant from the custodian, the assistant custodian, wildlife security guard or other employee of the park may arrest any person on the charge of violating the law or search the house, goods or vehicle of such person.

(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if any accused escapes, even without a warrant, the wildlife security guard up to the rank of assistant conservator, ranger or commander may arrest the accused or search his belongings or vehicle. /p>
