Section 319
<br> which can be refused to register the Guthi
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 318, the Registrar may refuse to register a deed in the following cases:-
(a) If the details, documents and documents as per section 316 are not mentioned or filed,
(b) if the name of the Guthi coincides with the name of any other Guthi already registered before such Guthi was registered,
(c) If the purpose or condition of the contract is inappropriate or undesirable due to public interest, morality, etiquette or public order (public order), if it is not in accordance with the law or if it is uncertain or unclear and cannot be implemented.
(2) In case no Guthi is registered according to sub-section (1), the registrar shall inform the applicant within thirty-five days after discovering the reason.
(3) After receiving the information according to sub-section (2), if the petitioner applies for re-registration of the Guthi after correcting the necessary matters, he shall register the Guthi within fifteen days of receiving such application and give a certificate of Guthi registration according to Sub-section (1) of Section 318.
