<br> to transfer assets to establish Guthi
The founder of the Guthi must transfer the property allocated for the Guthi to the Guthi operator within three months after the establishment of the Guthi.
(2) If the property to be transferred according to sub-section (1) is immovable, such property shall be deemed to have been properly transferred only if it is transferred in accordance with the law.
(3) A foreigner who establishes a Guthi in Nepal must bring movable assets worth at least one million US dollars to Nepal through the regular banking process (regular banking channel) within three months and hand them over to the Guthi operator.
(4) According to sub-section (3), the information about the transfer of movable property must be given to the Registrar.
