Protection of Guthi property

(1) The owner of the Guthi shall maintain and protect the property of the Guthi and may do so if any legal action is required for such purpose or if any procedure is required to be submitted to any public authority.
(2) While protecting or maintaining the property of the Guthi, the owner of the Guthi shall take care of his own property as well as take proper care and promote the Guthi property.
