Section 322
The operation and management of Guthi property shall be in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation

(1) The owner of the Guthi shall operate and manage the property in the name of the Guthi subject to the conditions and restrictions mentioned in the incorporation deed.
(2) During the operation and management of property in accordance with sub-section (1), except as otherwise provided in the deed of incorporation, the immovable property or any part thereof shall not be sold, mortgaged or transferred in any other manner without the prior approval of the relevant registrar.
(3) When seeking the prior approval of the registrar in accordance with sub-section (2), the reasons and basis for the sale, mortgage or transfer of such property and the fact that the beneficiary may benefit more from it shall be mentioned.
