: If someone violates sub-section (2) of section 16 or uses a trademark that has been revoked according to sub-section (3) of section 18 or section 18B. In case of violation, the order of the department may impose a fine of up to one lakh rupees according to the amount of the offense and all the goods related to the offense will be confiscated.
