Section 18
Punishment for Unlawful Coercion
  If a national servant or any other person induces a national servant or any other person to commit an offense punishable under this Act by killing, abducting, confiscating property, insulting honor, fear, terror or any other type of unlawful pressure Depending on the amount of the crime, imprisonment for four to eight years and a fine of one lakh to five lakh rupees will be imposed.
