(1) If the property statement submitted by a national servant who is considered to be holding a public position in accordance with the prevailing law appears inconsistent and unnatural, or if he maintains an inconsistent and unnatural high standard of living without reasonable cause, or donates, donates, gifts, grants, donations or cash to someone beyond his status. If it is proved that such property has been acquired, he/she has to prove from what source such property has been acquired and if not, it will be considered that such property has been acquired illegally.
(2) If it is proved that a national servant has acquired property illegally according to sub-section (1), he shall be imprisoned for up to two years and fined according to the provisions of the law.
