(1) The implementation committee shall keep confidential all the documents and information under its charge or control related to the organization that has received the permit. The Implementation Committee shall not be bound to submit the information to any court, inquiry commission, abuse of authority investigation commission or inquiry committee or to break the confidentiality of such documents or information in any other way.

(3) in sub-section (2). Regardless of what is written, if there are sufficient grounds to prove that the documents and information related to the international financial transactions carried out by the licensed organization are related to illegal drugs or illegal weapons, the court may order such documents and information to be submitted to the court at the request of the prosecuting officer on behalf of the Government of Nepal.
