Section 21
<br> considered to be an infringement of the right to privacy
Except as per the law, if anyone does any of the following without taking the consent of the concerned person, it shall be considered as violation of the right to privacy:-
(a) if entering any person's dwelling,
(b) opening or using any person's correspondence, recording or listening to any conversation, speech, sound tape or sound made by telephone or other technology,
(c) discusses, publishes, broadcasts or publicizes any person's private life behaviour, conduct,
(d) If someone's figure or picture is drawn,
(e) If the name, figure, picture or voice of others is imitated and made public.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in clause (d) or (e) of sub-section (1), the right of privacy shall not be deemed to be infringed if any person does any work written in those clauses for literary or artistic purpose or public interest.
