(1) Any employee, candidate, election representative, polling representative, counting representative or any other person who is assigned to do election-related work, except for those authorized by law, to tell anyone about the vote indicated by the voter on the ballot paper or any other matter that he or she has knowledge about, It should not be written or disclosed or published in any way.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law in force, no witness or person shall be questioned in any legal proceeding under this Act as to whom he voted for in the election or who voted for whom.
