(1) Any employee or candidate or election representative or polling representative or counting representative or any other person assigned to do election-related work, except for those authorized by law, to tell anyone that he or she has knowledge about the vote indicated by the voter on the ballot paper or anything else related to it, It should not be written or published in any way.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law in force, no witness or person shall be questioned in any legal proceeding under this Act as to whom he voted for in the election or who voted for whom.
