Section 28
<br> to get real estate
The person who received the permit must purchase the real estate required for the implementation of the project by himself. If such purchase is not possible and if any real estate is to be acquired in the contract, the Government of Nepal will acquire such real estate at the request of the person who has received the permit, as if the organization had acquired land in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the compensation to be paid to the owner of the real estate shall be borne by the person who has obtained the relevant permit.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if necessary for the implementation of public land owned by the Government of Nepal, the Government of Nepal may lease or lease such land as written in the contract.
(4) According to sub-section (3), if public land is leased or restored, fifty percent of the amount received from such lease or restoration shall be provided to the respective municipalities or rural municipalities.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the compensation to be paid to the owner of the real estate shall be borne by the person who has obtained the relevant permit.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if necessary for the implementation of public land owned by the Government of Nepal, the Government of Nepal may lease or lease such land as written in the contract.
(4) According to sub-section (3), if public land is leased or restored, fifty percent of the amount received from such lease or restoration shall be provided to the respective municipalities or rural municipalities.
