(2) Clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub-rule (1) ) from the table mentioned in the table, the amount obtained by fixing the value of real estate is considered to be the fixed value of such land and the committee will open all the details and submit a report to the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Nepal through the Tax Department.
(3) Sub-rule (2) If the Government of Nepal wants to change the data submitted and the value of the assessed real estate according to this, the assessment table of the real estate in the urban area will also be posted on the notice board of every tax base so that the public can see it.
(4) Sub-rule (3) The approved assessment list (table) published under this will be valid for 5 years from the date of publication unless there is another order of the Government of Nepal.
