Section 385
Duration of house restoration

(1) The period of restoration of the house shall not be extended to five years and shall be as mentioned in the contract. But the return of the house for commercial purposes will be as mentioned in the contract.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), after the end of the period of house restoration, such period can be extended from time to time with the consent of the persons to whom the house will be restored.
