Section 43
Home leave
: (1) The worker will get home leave with pay at the rate of one day for twenty days of working period.
(2) Workers working in educational institutions or workers who get annual or winter leave will not get home leave. But if such leave is less than the period of home leave, the number of days less will be given as home leave.
