(1) The Government of Nepal may determine a separate minimum wage for domestic workers.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, public holidays, weekly holidays and other related provisions of domestic workers shall be as prescribed.
(3) If the employer arranges for the domestic workers to eat and stay at home or helps them in their studies, the employer can deduct the amount for that from the salary.
(4) Employers should allow domestic workers to observe festivals according to their culture, clan religion and tradition.
