Section 644
Special arrangement regarding domestic helper:

(1) If someone employs someone as a domestic helper, the employer shall also comply with the following conditions in his case:-
(a) Wages and wages to be determined monthly or annually,
(b) According to the status of the worker, three meals in the morning, afternoon and evening and clothes to be worn according to the season should be provided. (c) According to their status, suitable accommodation, toilet and bathroom should be provided,
(d) If he is under eighteen years of age, if he wishes, he should arrange for his studies at a suitable time after looking after the housework,
(e) In case of illness, arrangements for his medical treatment should be made, but the cost of such treatment cannot be deducted from his monthly or annual salary.
(f) not to engage in work while sick and in other cases not to engage in work that his age, ability or condition cannot perform,
(g) In case of death, the expenses incurred for his funeral and ordinary work should be borne,
(h) not to engage in inhumane, degrading treatment or domestic violence,
(i) To comply with other conditions agreed by the domestic helper.
(2) The expenses incurred in accordance with clauses (b), (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) cannot be deducted from the monthly or annual salary of the domestic helper.
(3) If someone has employed a person as a domestic helper, the relevant ward committee of the local level may be informed in writing within one month from the date of such employment.
