If the work for which the donation has been raised is carried out from another source or if it is not implemented due to some reason, if the amount of the donation has to be transferred to be used for any other work, the Government of Nepal Approval must be obtained.

"However, if the amount of donation raised by the committee formed by the provincial government has to be transferred, the approval of the provincial government must be obtained."
