Pursuant to Rule 29, the debt recovery officer shall give a deposit to the person who sells the movable immovable property in the auction sale. (2) Debt recovery officers may take the assistance of the local administration and the police if necessary while carrying out the customs according to sub-rule (1). In this way, it will be the duty of the local administration and the police to assist the debt recovery officer if assistance is requested.
