(1) Civil servants will receive an amount equal to one month's salary of the employee for festivals celebrated according to their religion, culture, and tradition every year as festival expenses. Such amount can be paid by employees once in a financial year on the occasion of the main festival celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition.
(2) An amount equal to one month's pension will be given to the retired employee as a festival expense.
(3) Provisions related to medical expenses, disability benefits, amputee benefits, extraordinary family pensions and gratuities, educational allowances, progeny allowances, child care allowances or other benefits received by civil servants shall be as prescribed.
