Rule 58
Duties and duties of drivers and operators
: The duties and duties of drivers and operators working in transport services will be as follows: a) Duties and duties of drivers:
(1) Safely drive the vehicle in your charge,
(2) To honestly follow the orders and instructions given by the vehicle owner or manager regarding vehicle operation,
(3) Not allowing anyone else to drive such a vehicle without the permission of the owner or manager of the vehicle he is driving,
(4) Not doing the actions prohibited by the driver while driving,
(5) To make the drivers of the vehicles in which they are serving to comply with the work duties as required while driving the vehicle,
(6) In case of any possible accident that may occur while driving, mechanical condition of the vehicle, road condition due to lack of traffic signals, etc., the vehicle owner or manager, department or office should be informed about the same.
(b) Duties and Duties of Administrator:
(1) Be courteous to travelers,
(2) To make proper arrangements for the safety of passengers' belongings and if a passenger leaves any belongings and goods in the vehicle, if the owner of such goods and goods is found, to him, and if not found, to the nearest police or the person in charge of the transport service he is employed in,
(3) Provision of facilities for women, elderly, children and other disabled persons as much as possible during the journey,
(4) Inform the police if it is known that the prohibited item is kept in the vehicle from the point of view of prevailing laws and security,
(5) Not allowing goods and accessories to be placed in the vehicle in such a way as to exceed the limit of the weight of the vehicle determined by the vehicle manufacturer,

(7) To warn passengers and drivers in time about the possible accidents that may occur while driving and if the mechanical condition of the vehicle is not good, to inform the manager and the related office,
(8) Vehicular movement due to road conditions and lack of traffic signalsIf there is any difficulty, inform the department.
(9) Providing necessary assistance to the driver while driving,
(10) To protect and protect the vehicle that he is driving and to prevent damage,
