(1) In case of the death of a person who has received a driver's license in accordance with the Act and this regulation, within thirty-five days from the date of death, the next of kin of such deceased shall take the death registration certificate in accordance with the prevailing law and submit a copy thereof to the office that issues such driver's license.
(2) When giving information about the death according to sub-rule (1), if the driver's license of the deceased is available, it should also be submitted and if such information is received, the related office should also deduct the driver's license from the driver's license registration book as per schedule-19.
