: (1) For the purpose of section 37 of the Act, every prison shall keep record of the behavior of prisoners in its prison in the format as per Schedule-1.
(2) "The record according to sub-rule (1) shall be sent to the department by the prison every three months at least.
(3) Records as per sub-rule (1) shall be provided by the prison whenever requested by the department.
(4) When a prisoner is transferred from one prison to another prison, the record according to this rule shall also be updated and sent to the prison from which the prisoner was transferred.
