4.1 Applying for registration in the registration book:
4.1.1 Physicians who wish to practice Ayurveda medicine must register their names in the registration book subject to this law and regulations. Application shall be submitted to the Council as prescribed.
4.1.2 According to subsection 4.1.1, the doctor submitting the application shall submit the fee as prescribed to register the name in the registration book.
4.1 3. Physicians who are practicing Ayurveda medicine at the time of commencement of this Act shall submit an application in accordance with subsection 4.1.1 within six months from the date of commencement of this Act in order to register their name in the registration book. 2.1 For the purpose of registering the name of doctors in accordance with this Act, the following qualifications are specified:-
4.2.1.1 Ayurvedacharya or Vaidyaratna or Ayurveda graduate or equivalent in Ayurveda science from a recognized educational institution.< /p>
4.2.1.2 Graduate degree in Ayurvedic science after graduation in other medical systems.
4.2.1.3 Graduate degree in Ayurveda and modern medicine and surgery from a recognized educational institution. Received.
4.3 Evidence, details and information must be attached to the application:
4.3.1 Application for registration of name according to section 4.1 The doctor should also attach the following proofs, details and information to the application:-
4.3.1.1 certificate or letter of recommendation regarding his qualification,
4.3.1.2 any foreign If the name is registered in the registration book of the Ayurveda Medical Council or similar organization, details of the qualification or degree registered in the registration book and the registration number, 4.3.1.3 I will work under this Act and Rules. Affidavit as specified.
4.4 Action on application:
4.4.1. The council may form an inquiry committee to investigate and submit a report on the application submitted in accordance with section 4.1.
4.4.2 The inquiry committee will decide whether the applicant doctor is a qualified doctor and whether his application is properly submitted.The matter should be investigated and submitted to the council within fifteen days.
4.4.3. The council may consider the report of the investigation committee as per sub-section 4.4.2 and decide as follows :-
4.4.3.1 Decide to register the name of the doctor who has reached the eligibility to give formal application in the register book and register it to the registrar. Order,
4.4.3.2 Not to register the name of the applicant who has not reached the procedure, to order the registrar to inform the applicant about the reason why the name has not been registered.
4 4.4 If a doctor whose name is not registered in the registration book according to subsection 4.4.3.2 submits another application, his name will not be refused to be registered in the registration book only because he was not registered.
p>4.5 Certificate of registration :
If the council decides to register the name of a doctor with an application according to sub-section 4.4.3.1 and orders the registrar, the registrar shall register the name of such doctor in the registration book and register as prescribed. A certificate must be given.
4.6 In case of leaving the business or changing the address, notice should be given:
If a registered doctor leaves his business or changes the address, such doctor has left the business. Or the registrar must be notified as prescribed within one month of the change of address. The Council may order the removal of a registered practitioner's name from the register in any of the following cases:
4.7.1.1 having been convicted by a court of law on criminal charges of moral turpitude, or
4.7. 1.2 Being judged by a two-thirds majority of the council as not following the prescribed professional conduct, or
4.7.1.3 Disruption.
4.7.2 Subsection 4. According to 7.1, if the physician whose name has been removed from the register registers for re-registration, the council may order the registrar to re-register the name.
4.7.3 Subsection 4. Order according to 7.2 QIf received, the registrar shall take the prescribed fee and re-register the name of such physician in the registration book and issue the certificate. 4.8 Canceling the certificate: Fraud Or if it comes to know that a person's name has been registered in the registration book by mistake, if it is found to be true after investigation, the council can withdraw the registration certificate of such person and cancel the registration.
