Section 60
Punishment for obstructing the delivery of a letter
: If a person opens or opens a letter to be delivered to that person with the special intention of harming another person or does anything to obstruct the delivery in any way, he shall be fined up to one thousand rupees. However, if the addressee is a minor or is under the protection of another person, this clause shall not apply to the father, mother or guardian of such addressee.
