No one shall do or cause to do any of the following except with the permission of the Government of Nepal as provided in Section 3 of this Act:
(a) open, print or publish any lottery, or
(b) distributing or offering for sale or advertising any lottery, or
(c) prints, publishes or distributes for sale any advertisement relating to any lottery or keeps with him for the purpose, or
(d) Bringing any lottery or such advertisement from a foreign country for sale and distribution in Nepal…….. or bringing or distributing the sale or distribution of any lottery or such advertisement from a foreign country or any income received from such lottery or the sale and distribution of such lottery. (e) using or allowing to be used any immovable property for carrying out work related to lottery.
