Rule 9

Procedure for adding or changing warning messages and signs

(1) The Ministry may add warning messages and warning signs specified under Section 9 of the Act within one year.
(2) The warning messages and signs added or changed by the Ministry in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be made available to the producers through the Ministry of Industry and shall be printed and affixed to the tobacco product cartons, wrappers, packets and parcels.
