Filming equipment brought by foreign producers shall be released without security under the condition that the relevant customs office will attach it and take it back later. However, if a foreign manufacturer brings photography equipment through an agency such as Travels, Trekking or Yafting, which is licensed according to the prevailing law, then the relevant customs office shall keep it in the custody of such agency and release it without any deposit on the condition that it will be taken back later.
