(1) There will be a scholarship policy determination committee with the following members for the purpose of determining, coordinating and managing the scholarship policy:-

(a) Minister of Education or Minister of State – Chairman

(b) Member of Education Commission – Member

(c) Secretary, Ministry of Education – Member

(d) Representative (Gazetted First Class) Ministry of Finance – Member

(e) Representative (Gazetted First Class) Ministry of External Affairs – Member

(f) Head, Curriculum Development Centre, Tribhuvan University – Member

(g) Joint-Secretary, (Higher Education and Educational Management Division), Ministry of Education – Member-Secretary

(3) The Scholarship Determination Committee may invite any expert in the relevant field to participate in the meeting of the committee if it deems necessary.

(4) The procedure for the meeting of the scholarship determination committee will be as determined by the committee itself.
